The staff were present from morning till night, offering great assistance and making the stay relaxing and fun. The location, up a mountain, is a bit steep and hilly, not ideal for those with mobility issues, but provides easy access to the poolside snack bar and town mall. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of options, including the opportunity to order by the pool bar. Additionally, the pool area was well-maintained and pleasant.
